Siawns Teg means Fair Chance.
We support people who are, or believe they are, excluded from their local community. We work with statutory, public,
voluntary and private organisations to improve opportunities for people to connect with them. Most of our work evolves
around two specific groups.
We provide support for people who have
come to Powys from other cultures, in search of work, social interaction, and community involvement.

We also support young people about to leave full time education and need life skills learning
to become more involved in their community, or to gain skills and vocatonal qualifications to help with workplace opportunities.
